Shine at the Halloween Party with Snazaroo Face Paints

Although these paints are primarily marketed for children, in the hands of a skilled artist they become a tool for creating professional makeup that will make you shine at the party.

So how can you use a few basic paints to transform yourself into a fairy, princess, monster, or zombie?

Flower Fairy

Step 1:

Start with basic eye makeup. Sketch a simple flower pattern on part of the face.

Step 2:

Color in the flowers, remembering to add delicate details and leave gaps between each little plant.

Step 3:

Add a wig. If you don’t have one, just sprinkle glitter through your hair to create a magical effect.

Scary Pumpkin

Step 1:

Paint your face and neck orange.

Step 2:

Draw vertical lines across your face with black paint to create the pumpkin's ridges. Use black paint around your lips to create the look of a mouth carved into a pumpkin.

Step 3:

Blend the individual black vertical stripes until they fade away. Draw lots of small vertical lines in black and yellow paint across the remaining orange areas.

Evil Grinch

Step 1:

Paint your face and neck green.

Step 2:

Define your eyebrows with black paint. Add horizontal lines around your nose and cheeks using black and white paint.

Step 3:

Draw in the snout and the wrinkles between your eyebrows. Define your lower lip with a bright pink color. Finally, add a wig and a Santa hat, and your Grinch look is complete!

Snowman

Step 1:

Paint your face and neck white.

Step 2:

Use orange paint to outline a carrot on your nose. Make dots around your lips and cheeks with black paint to create the snowman's mouth.

Step 3:

Add details to the carrot with white paint. Make the black coals look rounded by adding a white stripe in the upper corner.

Finally, add a red scarf and a white wig to complete the mask.
